Hi guys...haven't been around for a long time.To all of the guys that are still improving the game nice work and love the new characters Smile
I wanted to ask you guys how I can gain muscle mass?I already have a definitioned body and am hitting the jim and I want someone to tell me what food should I eat(maybe give me a scedual for every day)that will help me gain muscle(body) mass.

I am going to guess you have been lifting weights.
If so if you want a more toned body you should do light weight with a lot of reps. I'll give one example:
Bench press: 90 lbs with... 25 reps

If you want to gain muscle you should work on your max and eat a lot of meat to work off. This is what I do.
I'll give you my regiment:
Everyday I usually eat 4 meals a day and work out every other day. If you don't work out much this is pretty good for confidence as well. Seeing your strength increase and body figure. Usually every week you should get at minimum 30 lbs increase in benching and squats.
ALWAYS HAVE A SPOTTER!!!!
Or its possible to lose your life

dude try this

Jog the hill up and down 10 times...
Carry some weight(stuff)that can be found around you're house...Brick example.Do it 200 times on each hand
Eat more meat(just saying,I don't really eat much)
you can also hang up and down the tree branches 30-40

ALWAYS WORK IS EXERCISE!!!

Just "my" way...I do this every weekend or holidays Very Happy

First off,exercising itself won't do much if you don't have right diet.

Calculate how much calories you burn,so that way you can eat more than you spent.Eat a lot of meat (red meat)don't eat junk food,try some proteins,eat a lot of carbohydrates they contain height amount of vitamins,minerals,fiber,try to have 5 meals,practically eat every 2h.

For gaining mass it is better to use bigger weights and do less reps,increase weights along the way.One of the most important things is to rest,your mouscles need 24h to rebuild itself,so rest a lot.Always train one muscle group,don't do legs and arms,legs are so strong they require special treatment.Remember it takes time to get desired results,so work hard.

Find a heavy turtle shell, and carry it as your backpack. Grab a lot of milk and run every day for about 4 hours. Run, jog, hop, zigzag, etc..
After that's done, go to a farm and do farm work for the rest of the day.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT , if your diet is not good you won't gain muscle

REST period is just as important as exercise and eating

arms need 12 hrs rest while bigger muscles like legs need 24 hrs rest

keep a high protien diet which includes meat and fish

be sure to eat plenty of fruits protein isn't the only thing you're body needs

be sure to drink milk 3 times a day of 250ml glass each time

guys why not show real pictures about our body?.. well I show mine.. Wink *laughing out loud*

what I can say.. to me increase the mass too is wrong.(better is power,speed,stamina,flexibily)

anyway if you want increase your muscle mass you have to take proteins, carbohydrates.. so you have to eat good food..
but don't exsaggerate.. I did this kind of work when I was 17..

ate 6 times a day .. 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and 3 breaks eating light stuff .. fruit, drinking energizing ,important to go to the bathroom often ..
a workout in the morning
one in the evening ..

another important thing is the rest( A LOT IMPORTANT)

when you train each part.. you have to lift the right weight that you can do not over 12 Reps..

so for example.. I can do biceps.. 20kg at arm.. x 12 reps..(slow don't do fast)
bench press for the chest 70kg(about 150lbs) x12.. all x 12 rest not over 60 sec..
do 4 series for exsercise.. and don't stay too much at the gym..

all the work must be done in not over 90min.. the functional training is..

another important thing is the stretching.. stretching your muscles you will grow more complete . Wink and you will also flexible..

anyway now I'm not doing that as you can see heh.. but I think I'm not bad.. Laughing

Gaining muscle is all good and well, but don't overdo it.

I would advise to not overdo it with red meat either, it has been proven to cause colon cancer. Switch to fish 2 days a week and 1 day don't eat meat or fish only vegetables.

Fitness isn't only about how you look, but also about how you feel, how healthy you are and what conditioning you have. So doing cardio workouts is just as important.

And other than the body, also the mind needs training. This on both the rational as the creative field. Do something scientific and something creative every day.

And of course the last factor of a full human being is the social factor. Try to help or make someone smile every day.

Trying to fulfil all these factors of human life will ultimately lead to happines and not the number on your bank account. But it's important to see that happiness also creates success, but not the other way around.

What I can say if you want to be like Goku you need to be for the first lipid and then training if you thin you don't have any chances only if you will use steroids but this is really bad thing

well what I said is enough.. you can search around the world in interent you will find the same method..

advice for who is lipid,, less weight is not hard..
all you need is eat less ..
no trash,
only fruits vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins in the required amount, without the slightest exaggeration


stand up hurry at 6:30.. go to RUN max one hour of running....
a bit of stretching for the legs,arms the back (all you need)do this in max 10 min.. after do some easy exercize... Push ups, and some abdominal on the ground ..abomen high and abomen low..

BREAKFAST

well start your day happy and feel as a lion.. you will be small but not weak..

we can study these things from the book's or from interent.. we just said the base of work but not in all details..

If you wanna bulk.... drop most body lipid. Then, so less reps with heavier weights each set. Ex: I do one bench 150lbs 10 times, next set go up 10 or 15 and do 6-8 (I usually do this set twice), last set max, mine is 185lbs to failure (I fail around 4 or 5).

and in one lift how much you can?..
the maximal is called..

1 lift max (your max weight)..

mm let's see not bad howewer darkprince..

75kg x10 good work..
92kg x4 or 5..not bad maybe as max one lift you should go for 102kg or 105kg..

..my maximal is 105kg on the bench press(is not my favourite)

for the set.. I can

75kg x 12 as you
80x 8
85 x 6
90 x 4
100 x 2
105 x 1
105 x 1 just try if I can do still but don't waste force...
107 x (?) just try if I can do that ,if not I will..
after I step back for my muscolar stamina doing
100 x max num (generally just 1)
90 x 2
80 x 5
70 x 8
60 x 10 burning!!..

after this you need to recover some days..but will increase the power..

my favourite exsercise is the curl biceps..

there I can lift about 63 lbs/ 30kg at arm for 8/10 reps..(but without the perfect execution)..

the perfect execution I can with 45lbs at arm for 10 reps..

sit down I can force my arm to lift also 82lbs 40kg on one arm (like Arm wrestling ) nothing of special but not bad..doing also 5 reps..

my personal record in biceps for who want do more and more reps is 15kg at arm for over 100 reps..
Wink my actually weight is around 77kg ..
