Guys can you explain to me, teach me when editing a character let's say the head and when we're done with editing and then we want to see what we're did ingame, how it looks with the existing textures and now comes the problem. I export it with the right name and I see it ingame but here is the problem there are no textures
So can anyone help me how to resolve this problem?

the default.skin is composed of 2 names
model group name,shader name
so gokueyes,GokuHeadEyes
be sure that the shader name doesn't exsist already in other shaders..
or that will be a conflict ,so that's why you don't see ingame the texture..

Thank you but I found something in learning forum I think it's by Konan how to add accessories something like that so when I edit the model I can place the textures too and export it and play normal with textures and without problems

is better separate that aureola from the head group..in this way you can use different effects and shaders on him..

step by step it's awesome for me to have those textures on him ingame I know I don't have the shading I need to learn more and I will but I need time but if I can't understand something I'll sure look for your help and others I want help the community too I feel lacking in identifiable function like this

One more question should I download Autodesk 3ds max and what version? I saw in learning forum and in every thread "THE TEACHER" is using that program so I guess it's better than Blender and some other programs and Anty, Nello, Gigirs if I'm not wrong you guys are using it too so tell me what version is the best

Anty will say ,as he said to me time ago that every version is good.. well is true but not..
the good version for this zeq2lite is 2010 64 bit..
with all the other versions doesn't exsist the plugin
Md3 exporter,so even you get a rig and some new animations ,you will be never able to export with the other vesrions..
for ZEQ2 the other project ,also the latest version is good to use 2012.. ZEQ2 require Max files and FBX files to go ingame(unity)
but zeq2lite only Md3 ..and the version which work with the plugin is 2010 x64 bit the only one...
of course 2009 too has the plugin don't remember as well..

I'm downloading the student version 2010 32/64 so I guess that's the one you're talking about or it isn't

True, yet not. You can use newer versions of 3ds max to create your characters, but you'll still need either 2010 or 2011 to export the final models. Basically, make your models in your newer version, export out as an fbx, import into 2010, then reexport as an md3(might require some tweaking after importing the mesh)This allowed me to animate Shenku with the newer CAT rig bone system which doesn't exist in 2010, which was much easier than working with the Biped bones.

I wanted to download the newer version but then I would need a better GPU and my GPU is almost dead so I don't want it do die right now because a new PC or PC parts in my country are expensive and I don't have the money to buy so I guess I'll give my best and learn on the harder way with 2010
Anyway thanks for your advice I hope when I get this to work I'll try my best and learn all those stuff to help in this project I fell lacking in identifiable function like this

I already created a tutorial on exporting and importing. And every plugin I provided are working then why are you unlucky?
