I thinked you will try do good mods accurate charecters not a some fantasy of another people....I will protect you if you will do mods what was in anime and all forum I think, only if you will try make something good not a fake....

He didn't model anything. Open texture in GIMP. Set brush color to red. Opacity to 50%. Paint everything. Save. Overwrite. Done.
