Download and unrar windows_8_media_player_skin_v_1_5_1_beta__32_64__by_luxorus-d5lhcdn:

Open WMP 1.5 folder.
x32 for 32bit Windows operating system.
x64 for 64bit Windows operating system.
Copy wmploc.dll to Windows/System32.
If it's not allowed, download and install freeware software called: 'unlocker"
Than right click on wmploc.dll in Windows/System32, select unlocker, rename function and rename it to..anything you want!
And than Copy-Paste the new wmploc.dll to Windows/System32 folder!
that's all! Now you got Windows 8 style Media Player on Windows 7! cheers
