After Orochimaru inhaled back the chakra from Sage Mode Kabuto, I bet he got some serious new skill 'THE SAGE MODE" !!
He said, Juugo's power is 'HERMIT POWER" which is from 'HERMIT MODE" so I guess Orochimaru's hermit mode is kind of like a full cursed seal form without giving his power to anybody as a cursed seal..that can be strong, but since he's evil he shared his evil hermit power with lot of peoples like Sasuke..
So, Orochimaru's hermit mode is all about cursed seal power or it's just a bad translation?
Or the cursed seal is a jutsu of the 'SNAKE HERMIT FORM"?
Can Orochimaru reach this form now, after most of the hermit characters did(even Kabuto) ?
Is that going to looks something like on the pictures?
Who knows..

better say kabuto had it from orochimaru
Postscript found biggest fail in history of naruto in newest manga
when Sasuke use his mangekyou shringan it doesn't show the eternal one which is fiddle sticks he used it against kabuto

Orochimaru failed over and over again in lot of battles, even if he had plans and lot of jutsus..
Same goes for Tsunade.
I guess the reason is: Sage Mode is created after lot of Shippuuden manga so in the start the creator of Naruto had no idea about this(Sage Mode).
that's why no Sage Mode in normal Naruto series.
