So this new transformation, it's new and why do you guys believe the protagonist looks how he looks and why it is called that way?
This is my theory, I'm curious to hear other theories from you.
Well it's called lloyd and he looks so weak. It maybe show the contrast between being powerful and being a lloyd, I mean look at the antagonist, he doesn't look very powerful either but is indeed. So this new look for the protagonist shows his might and his power trough the weakness of his being, he appears weak but is most powerful then ever.
You don't see the church lloyd or savior A all buffed up, hitting the gym everyday *intense laughter*

Well I like the it its how I imagined if your going to make it a ultimate like form why not use what its all about Saiyan just a basic Saiyan with a huge amount of power like ultimate Gohan, as for the skinniness it may mean opposite.

Well I like your theory Nemix I never thought that someone or something has to be good, strong, good looking on the outside because the outside look can be tricky and can show the opposite of the inner stuff and personality
Goku's lloyd form doesn't look special because it looks like a stage of Kaioken form but his power,speed,strenght increased, same for his opponent lloyd of destruction Birus he is not looking special on the first look I would say he is all about words and when you would see him fighting you would laugh but no it's not even close strenght is something else and it doesn't have to mean that his look will show you the real him or someone elses and there are plenty of example but that is not needed you sure know it yourself
however your theory is all true

I don't see how this is a theory? It's more like a random thought line 
Anyway, it's also quite possible that Toriyama just forgot how Goku looks. He did draw A18 with purple hair, after all.
