You guys should add the Mermaid from Dragon Ball (Goku's Rival Episode 14).
Abilites:Ki Blast, Ki Beam, Tail Slap (Mermaid gets up from the flying nimbus and slaps the opponent with her tail, MOUSE1 is a fast version, MOUSE2 is a slow version, TAB is used to go faster, hold down MOUSE1 or MOUSE2 to countinue slapping, forced to stop right when all ki is drained.)
Power Level:5
On death:Body doesn't fall, stays on nimbus.
In water:Goes faster than any character, TAB to swim faster
In Air:Wastes no ki while flying because she's on the flying nimbus.

what the heck that'd be lacking in identifiable function a person with the power of an ant vs people who can destroy the universe with a finger I think not.....
