its Photoshop free?

its hard for me to create character and clothes but I'm now how to make Super Saiyan 4 form for Goku example. I copy the tier from Goku Super Saiyan 4 character and create tier 5 folder on Goku folder. Then I paste all the file from ssj4goku' tier to tier 5 on Goku folder,
After that I copy the image of body, legs and hair from ssj4goku folder then I paste these image on Goku folder, if you not do this the whole Super Saiyan 4 form of Goku will be grey in the game that's why, this is how I make forms for characters. Its only copy and paste copy and paste.... I hope you know what I mean

Gimp is free if you need a non-commercial alternative.

Gimp saves only .xcf files, which is like a "project" file in Movie Maker, not the actual image.

Click File-->Extract, select file format and name, and you're good to go Smile
