For the first learn Photoshop and than do gamepacks, mods or addons....
If you don't even learn Photoshop, you will never become good gamepacker...

You can see the shading and the reflecting done by me on VEGEHAN,its effects are awesome. And I use Gimp2.

If gimp is badly used, results are the same as with paint.
You should try to watch some base tutorial on the internet and see if you can use them for ZEQ2.

Just a suggestion, but if you're going to change the color of the shirt in your texture edits, at least make sure you change all of the shirt to that color...
