Every player has a default.grfx and phsy you have to edit both files. I erased everything and saved it like that once I tried my player in game he couldn't use ki attacks .grfx is a file that affects the player attacks visual, how it will look and phsy is how strong will the attack be what power level you have to have to be able to use it. You can always either lower the damage, or increase the cooldown time on those Ki abilities from the .phys files to encourage people to use different attacks. Or even both.
Removing them entirely just seems silly and excessive to me.
