Heyya, if anyone is kind there can you please teach me how to make Mirror Character Icons or High Quality Character icons like in ZEQ2 F3

You need icons that go in HUD and character selection.
Use gimp or Photoshop, there is a lot of tutorials outside or if you really don't know, tell me what kind of icons you want and I will make for you when I have free time.

yes I found a tutorial but there is no available downloadable link for a gimp.and I learned myself how to make it in Photoshop but it's hard. I want a program to do it more fast to make icons

Not one that I know of for Gimp, but try searching around the forums, It's rather simple to make anyway.
