Whenever I use a modded character that I installed, such as kid Gohan or Trunks, the third skill is blank and uses a weird move. I can provide a video recording if necessary. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks!

It happens if you play on a server that does not support or have that mod character . Many servers are stable and don't allow mod characters so your character will not work on these servers like unable to transform or skills missing etc .
Try hosting your own server , it should work there .
