Well,as you can see in the top you have Clicked local.So there are no local servers.Just click Local until you see internet.Press refresh and that's it.

Maybe you downloaded the SVN build (latest version). You need to download revision 1536, look here:

I know you are disaoeared but if you guys have zeq2lite ultimate strom then type this seta sv_master1 "master3.idsoftware.com:27950" it might work in zeq2lite ultiamte strom
