Yeah, it was a good effort at the time, but it didn't last long before people gave up on it for one reason or another...
I suggest if another attempt is made, it be setup in the SVN's Addons section of the Media folder so that all the files will be available for everyone to work on, that way if too many people lose interest it can still be completed by the next group of folks who want to work on it if it suffers a similar fate.

Yeah, it was a good effort at the time, but it didn't last long before people gave up on it for one reason or another...
I suggest if another attempt is made, it be setup in the SVN's Addons section of the Media folder so that all the files will be available for everyone to work on, that way if too many people lose interest it can still be completed by the next group of folks who want to work on it if it suffers a similar fate.
I was thinking the same thing , I think this time around we who were uninformed participators can pretty much work on it now

Yeah, I think Baldwin was the one assembling everything into the final map in Net Radiant. A few other folks may have some of the files here and there(I think I still have my files from the "City Construction Kit" I slapped together, and my half-finished mock-up version of East City using it...), but you'd have to ask the other folks involved if they still have their files.
