Postscript: guys! now I know how to compile the maps even though md3 says too many vert..but if you do multiple md3 files,you can import them one by one to radiant so no need to delete anything..
anyway,after I know this,now I can create a large map!
well,you guys want cell games and tournament arena(Dragon Ball) in this map?

While I agree that would be a nice touch to have her on the map(and I wouldn't object), with no way to animate her(because there's no support currently for non-combat NPCs), she'd be unnaturally stiff and lifeless, like a statue, and that would break the illusion a bit... You can still do it if you want, but keep in mind that she'll just be static geometry and nothing more.
If I understood the code better, I'd try writing a new NPC system because the lack of a functioning NPC bugs the heck out of me, but considering how much I'm struggling with that very same task in a different programming language, that would hardly be ideal... (Especially since much of the syntax is different between the two languages...)
Edit: By the way, the map looks pretty decent so far, but you'll want to add some baked shadows/shading onto those buildings, because the flat colors make it difficult to pick out depth and it's overall shape. For example, inside the house you can't tell how high the ceiling is because the dome is all one shade, making it hard to judge how big the room really is.
