All of the official models for characters should be in the SVN repository(which you can find info on how to access from the download page linked at the top of the site), and some addons as well(though not many are hosted there).
Because of the open source nature of this project, I suppose you can feel free to use them for whatever, just remember to credit back to the folks who made it if you do.

okay but how do I make them in t poze or with the hands open
