New power level

I want to do for the game to read more power limits, the maximum point is about 2,100,000,000 and I want increase it to approximately 3,000,000,000,000,000,000.
I wonder if it can make or modify some file for this to work.

I think it's because of the engine limits. It would be better if someone can code another HUD, Budokai 3 would be the best Embarassed
