Now someone has to do a fastpaced dragonball themed game with this, it would be awesome, better thag mugen and console quality for pc.

Doesn't seem too bad at a glance...

However I'm having trouble making heads or tails of half the features, and the documentation that came with is rather uninformative slideshows that mention a lot of the features but not how to utilize them...
