Brolly: Gohan, Goten and Goku from the other world doing a kamehameha together.
Bio Brolly: Trunks, Goten and krillin using a kamehameha in the water for dunk Brolly and petrifying him.

Because if not, it is Gohan. Toriyama stated so.
Goku would have been the obvious answer but that's too easy. Gohan was stronger believe it or not.

Gohan is my favorite character and I think he never unsleashed his true overwhelming power.We could see it when he attacked Raditz.

I do know that かめ(kame) is Japanese for turtle but I can't be sure what it really means....
maybe Turtle Hermit Wave or just Turtle Wave?

Yes it is. as far as I know manga is black&white so somehow in anime they made something like this, they didn't know which colors use :p.
