I've made a thread about this before I believe. It wasn't called hyper dragonballz then. This guy balthazar is an amazing spriter and mugen coder. Props to him.
Only the characters shown are remotely ready yet though, so that character selection screen is very misleading. I believe only Goku and Vegeta and maybe Frieza are full-fledged characters so far.

Sorry for making it but I didn't know there was one and under what name it was.
I like the effect, they are great though some characters look like chibi versions maybe I'm wrong but they kind of do look like that to me.
From what I've seen I like where it is going and I hope that they will keep up all that good work.
