I am using Unity3d
the characters in SVN\Media\Characters are Incomplete,
some .max files has biped bones & skin,some not have
and I don't known how to import the files under Build\ZEQ2\players
into 3dmax or unity3d with skins and animations. theses files are like this:

default_percent10.skin
default_percent30.skin
default_percent60.skin
default_percent90.skin
head.md3
icon.png
lower.md3
PoweringUp.ogg
tier.cfg

.skin and .cfg are text files, png are icons *intense laughter* and md3 are the models.
Textures has no proper names, it depends on how the creator named them. But they are in png most of the time.
