No, nothing at all, with the positional tracking it's very hard to get sick

This oculus rift is cool, however it seems that gives some symptoms of nausea (something that I have almost always). I would like to try, but I don't want to run the risk.

I don't think this kind of symptoms appears instantly, you can play it.
But be careful if you have health problems.
