How to make a sooo faster ki blast ?

If you want from us to help you, then explain yourself because....."faster kiblast" isn't enough.
Every character have 2 different Ki Blasts.
1 - You can throw Ki balls, or fire balls , as you want to call them.
2 - There's a special Ki blast, like a Kamehameha , but more basic and weaker.
By speaking of "fast ki blast" you mean the first attack that I just described you (number one).
But if you're speaking of number two...I even don't think it's possible , it's even lacking in identifiable function if you know what I mean because...Basically they have the same power as I think.
OR ! You're speaking of cheating , aaaaaaaand it's more lacking in identifiable function.
