I have no idea if this is the right forum but, oh well..
I'm making my own character based off Super Saiyan 4 Goku, but when I load the player, the head and hair load with textures but the body and legs do not load the correct textures and just appear black, anyone know what the problem may be?

A failed recolor I suppose.. Try to look for errors in it's script file.

Actually been looking through the Shader and .Skin file for literally three hours I can't seem to see a problem
http://pastebin.com/63nNBH9Y
This is the shader
http://pastebin.com/5D31dDAf
This is the deafult.skin for this tier

Body is named RobinSSJ4Body.png
Head is named RobinSSJ4Head.png
Legs are named RobinSSJ4Legs.png

If you could find anything I've missed for 3 hours straight, it would much obliged

Unless you made the model yourself(because it looks like just a reskinned), you inadvertently changed the material names in your skin file so that it's looking for material groups that don't exist on the meshes.

Revert your change to the entries so that the skin file reads the original names in the first entry for each line; the second entry on each line looks fine since it matches the shader names.

Darr, I forgot it was from the skin file, shame on me.. Didn't have this error since a long.. :\

If the left member in the skin files (name of a group in your model) isn't same as the group's name in the model, the link will be broken.

It seems to be f3's Goku Super Saiyan 4 with few groups in less. Try this shader file:
