You should weld both 3 strands at the top and those 2 in front. All in 1 big. That's how are Vegeta's hairs. What you've done looks like Super Saiyan 2 ones.

First of All, there is no perfect model

Second, 3 strands all in 1 big? there is actually 3 strands you just can't see it because his hair is ALL BLACK in Old Dragon Ball Z that's why you only see 1 strand

Third,that hair based in Kai, and you can see three strands.

Fourth, I know what to do

Fifth, Super Saiyan Logic, it doesn't add a hair, it makes your hair GO UP, Vegeta had always 3 strands at the top and 2 strands. He HAD THAT ALWAYS.

Sixth, Again, I know what to do

SEVENTH Do you think Vegeta have BIG ONE SPIKE ON HIS HEAD? are you f.king ... out of your mind
