The only thing that is different is the eyes and the hair. NOthing special. whereas with Goku you could make fur under his clothing

Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta's hair is different than Super Saiyan 4 Goku's hair, the tail is red, he hasn't armor, he hasn't red aura, and lots of things more...

WOOOOW, you do understand that if you wanted to use an edit you should use the original Super Saiyan 4 Goku and then modify the pants to blue, modified minor parts and then modified the head...
