Started on the Saibaman rig at around 12 AM and finished it just now. Still need to fix a few errors, but it's pretty much completed. I'm not sure if we're doing facial anims, but just in case we are I created bones for the mouth, eyes, and "eyebrows".
I also did a quick, sloppy render:
and a screenshot of the rig:

Very nice work, Sean!
Yes. We do have facial animations, but no, don't use bones for this! Using bones for facial animations is a VERY costly, clunky, and cumbersome approach and should NEVER be employed unless vertex animation support is lacking.
It's simply BAD design all around.

Hah, yeah I just remembered that you guys are using vertex manipulation. Going to delete the bones now.

I think a saibaman should walk more like a creepy monster. Hunched over and his claws facing forward. Now he looks to dignified.

Nope. It was the intention from the start to let the community make the models/maps and even edit code.

If I had the capabilities of making all this I would, but sadly I don't. I'm not allowed to download Milshape and the modelling stuff
Lovin' the Saibaman but why did you make it? I mean they are kind of pointless except for the fact they kill Yamucha

You really should read the text instead of just looking at the pretty pictures I didn't make the model, I believe Blaize did. I just did the rig and going to animate him I guess.
He's going to be a character for the next release alongside Gohan, Tenshinhan, Vegeta, and a few others I believe. The character roster goes by saga's, so I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out.

Character releases go by saga. Even the minor ones like saibamen.

Maybe the team will stop in Vegeta's or freeza's saga.
So I doubt they will make Super Saiyan 4 Goku
But, the people makes addons, like Super Saiyan Goku *intense laughter*... there is a Super Saiyan 4 Goku model, but it looks bad now (maybe, in the future, it will look awesome :F)

Sadly, you still misunderstand.
You are STILL placing ZEQ2-lite in the wrong categorical classification despite the many explanations explaining that it's an open-source project and therefore, regardless of activity, it cannot cease to be. Some open-source projects have been around for several decades. Even if there no contributions for 7 years straight, the project is (by definition) labeled as on-going due to the fact that ANYONE can contribute or alter existing media/code.
Please stop trying to classify the project as one of your typical game/mod types -- the rules simply don't apply.
