You can.. Just open up Steam -> ESF -> Find servers
And there you go

the problem is that if I try to connect then it loads little and says "VALVE validation rejected" so what the heck that means and how ti fix it?

You can buy Half Life, CS, CS Condition Zero for 19.99$ plus tax.
It will save you a heck of a lot of time, rather than trying to download it and try to figure out why its not working, which you will probably won't get it to work anyways.
Unless you hack steam...?

Well yea, thats why I included Half Life in the list. I said that because thats how I got my pack from Wallmart 
And would you believe they asked me for ID when I had to buy it.....

Yeah it was rated M for Mature. 17+
"Blood and Gore Drug Reference, Intense Violence" 
Maybe thats why Kajar didn't buy it...
