I'd say it's more like the way and position he was hit. The force and pressure of the hit could have damaged his brain so he wacked out. His brain (body) was, like malfunctioning, like the how he jumped and walked backwards. It seems like his motion was in the opposite way, with the backwards falling and walking. I'm not sure though.

Is that... Even possible? I could understand if he had a seizure or something, but seizures don't really look like that considering he did some rather complex movements being able to roll backwards and stand up again and being able to run for quite a distance without losing balance.
