| DVD are more acurrate... I think... tv there's lot of filter's and loses it's quality... like the fist screen.. it's dirty... and darken..
and the second... sure is a good clean screen |

Not every character has a scouter as you may well be aware from the series . Additionally, the effectivness of "standard" scouters tend to fizzle at around... what... 27K?
