I dunno what their policy here is on piracy, but I'm guessing they probably don't want people to link to roms or anything.
If you want to play bfp (a dbz version) you could try google ;o

You can pretty much discuss it all you want as long as you don't provide any form of links. For instance, giving someone the option of finding a DBZ : Final Bout PSX rom is pretty harmless in itself. Discussion is perfectly legal. It's the actions themselves that are legally bound (at least thats how the law is thrown down here in the USA -- the whole freedom of speech bit).
You can choose to be hypothetical, vague, or even toss out some reverse suggestions if you think your country's officials are monitoring you -- man, you sure are a paranoid bugger.

Released DBZ mods, Bid For Power for Quake III Arena, EarthsSpecialForces for Half life. Obviously there are emulators for consoles, PSX, Sega Genesis/Mega Drive, Nintendo, theres always Mugen... You don't really need people to list links, you can use google can't you?? Google is the path to the informed side..

get a psx emulator and play the dbz legends iso
a gba emulator and download the db advance adventure rom and supersonic warriors. I'm waiting for a psp and nintendo Nintendo DS emulator to play the latest ones.

I really like gokuden and gokuden 2. They're both rpgs and I'm pretty sure gokuden does the entire db series and gokuden 2 goes from the tournament where Goku first meets Piccolo (the one in dbz) to the end of the freeza saga. Finding good translations for both is difficult though

Well.. I know that Supersonic warriors for the GBA had awesome fighting in it, really accurate and felt a lot like the show. =]
