I want a program to edit vids with.I mean cut some scenes from a vid get them to another and things like that.I figured it would be better to ask somebody who has a program then to read reviews which don`t offer all informations.Thanks

Yea if cutting up movies and sticking them together is all you need then defenitly Windows MOvie Maker. And its part of Windows XP install so you allready have it.
