It would be considered illegal.
It's called just Dragonball, unless you're from USA where the manga has been split in two to make easier connections to the anime.

Not all things like movies and stuff are ilegal I mean torrent is all I see ilegal they may be other sites but I don`t know anything about them.ODC is the only internet ilegal thing with games movies and so on I didn`t knew they`re this kind of sites.I tought they were legal since you need membership.Well thanks for trying to help anyway
