Disc's destroy beams, Death balls will destroy anything except Discs, Kamehameha/Final Flash/whatever will destroy anything except Discs. The Big bang attack will destroy bakus rapid fire, and homing Ki attacks, infact the only attacks you can't destroy to my knowledge are the Finger Beams and the Discs.

That's exactly what I said, nothing new in BFP Retro.

That's not true, depending on what the attacks can do you can change the way you need to play. In ZEQ1 you need to think a bit more strategically than you do in whatever BFP-mod. You just have to find out all the different aspects of the attacks, which I presume you haven't, you probably just saw the attacks and didn't think more of it like most people.

Icarus should know, I don't know if he agrees with me, but he should know what I'm talking about.

If you want, I can show you on a server what else you can do.

ZEQ was very imbalanced though. Vegetto was way better than the others. I liked BFP 1.2 better because it was more balanced.

You presume wrong, in every BFP version the attacks work in the same method that being, more powerful attacks usually cancel weaker ones out, there is no more strat involved in ZEQ1 than there is in 1.2.. It sounds to me like you have very little general gaming experience in bfp, or you'd know what I'm talking about. It seems your just putting it down to personal preferance.

You still haven't fully grasped what I'm talking about here. I'm not just talking about more powerful attacks cancelling weaker out like you can do in any BFP-mod.

As I said, I'm willing to show you what I'm talking about. I've played countless hours of both BFP and ZEQ1, I know the differences. I used to download maps and models like any other BFP-fan did to make BFP a happier place. But of all the hundreds of models, with attacks included, the best ones are in ZEQ1.
Now, if Mike would use some of the ideas included in ZEQ1 into Retro, that'd make a great combination(I'm not talking about petty details as transformation and music bound to keys).

Vegetto is a hard nut to crack, but not way better. Depending on what character you choose you can beat him easily. But if you don't want to change from your favorite character it'll be tough(character who's not the paper for the rock). But what's a game without some difficulties? Wink

Siiigh, I know what your getting at and I know what the attacks are capable of, thing is the point I'm making which I think your missing is, the fact you can do that poo in any bfp version.. ZEQ brings no more strat to the bfp gameplay. The attacks in any BFP version all react the same using the same methods, maybe the regular 1.2 models don't really use this on such a grand scale like some custom 1.2 models do, but they do use it remember ZEQ is a mod for BFP..

Then please guide me to where I can download these additions to BFP Retro. Then I'd gladly play it more, haven't download a new model for several years, so I'd be grateful if you sent me in the right direction. A PM would be nice for the links.

Yes, so that it may contain a bit more variety. Feels a bit too repetative with just attacks that does damage. By what you've told me there should be some models to download, right?
