Well, threatened to. The city manager of Tuttle, Oklohoma threatened federal action against the developers of the CentOS distro after the city's website was replaced by the default CentOS apache holding page.

This is exactly why people in power should be given advanced computer literacy courses on appointment. The guy's so sweeet that he thought the idea of the emails going public would help his 'cause' rather than embarress him further.
