What a shocker! I never expected the Zeq2 website to be back when I was checking through some bookmarks. It's quite exciting to see you guys return. I'm sure it's been said many times, but the material you guys produce is without a doubt of exquisite professional quality. It's truly amazing to see how accurately you've recreated the characters and scenes from the anime.
It really is fantastic to watch this ambitious project rise from the ashes and once again watch it progress into uncharted terrain. Good luck!

So there I was, wondering if Brad was going to get a website for the Zios thing he was talking to me about and thought "Hmm... it's april first, maybe ZEQ2's site is up again" and lo and behold, it is!
Funky poo
I've got a suggestion, though, could you add dates to the post template? It's kinda discomforting not being able to see when someone posted, especially with so many posts being a year old, *laughing out loud*.

After some time several members of the former ZEQ2 development team spurred off on another venture and established a separate project known as the Zios engine, a project soon to be crucial to developers everywhere.

hmm thanks for pointing that out.
To bad, this engine sounds really nice, I would give it a try it it would be for free for an own project.

Happy to see you again,
I was so disapointed, remember me? The french guy who was developping a mmo DBZ "Dispersion"
Maybe you know that the Official MMORPG Dragon Ball online was announced for 2008.
I think I'm going to stop my project like ZEQ 2 1 year before.
Keep up the good work guys^^
I'm fan of the MDAVE, Super Vegetto and BLAIZE works^^

I would give it a try it it would be for free for an own project.
The engine will be freely available after post-production, company establishment, and other events have taken place. The editor will be available for a modest fee (VERY modest) in comparison to commercial game engines, especially.
Look for more details on that as the Zios site becomes publically available in the following months.
How did you prevent youreselves from revealing that this "closure" thing wasn't true?
Incidently, it was true, but the DMCA request we recieved was NOT a Cease and Desist as has been explained in the comeback thread. The distinguishment of the two is quite critical as they represent two different legal ideas. We could still recieve such a notice -- although we are prepared for such events this time.

I'm glad that project is still going forward. I was surprised that ZeQ 2 is still alive after a such long time in state of non-existence .
Sorry for my English, but I don't write, neither speak in this language fluently.

[A:0002] Timeframes are improbable to judge since content changes as more technologies become available and other limitations are lifted. ZEQ2's plans are on a more progressive level. Although we have had design documents for quite some time, we constantly revise and improve our techniques to bring an even more rich experience. What the project has now would have already passed 10 times over as completion a couple years ago.
