the camera angel would be lockeed on a 2d angel(like a 2d fighting game), it would play out something like dbz budokia but better.

I think that would be cool
it would add even more to the mod!

1v1 is what happens when you invite a friend into a server and lock it after them, which isn't something I'd think you'd need a new game mode for >_>;
Try elaborating on your idea more, (besides saying that it'd have a camera angle like budokai), oddly enough we can't envision this "great thing" you have inside of your head if you only tell us that it would be cool ^^;

1 vs 1
other people are in the server but they have to wait to see who wins...Winner stays and the loser has to wait in line(kinda what duel was in jedi knight acaademy)

Play nice, Slipstream. 
I believe he simply means having an optional mode where the camera is fixed on the two players at a side angle.
Keep in mind that suggestions need to be ample to the 'guidelines' thread and its mention of series relation (our goals).
